Kāpiti Coast January 2020

Want to fly the Kāpiti skies in one of the absolute classic aircraft of all time?

Air Chathams is bringing the 1945 Douglas DC3 ZK-AWP to the Kāpiti Coast Airport in January for two days of scenic flights. We want to give the Kāpiti Coast communities the opportunity to experience what flight was like back when air travel was a luxury. It's a little thank you to all our loyal supporters in the region.

Come and have fun with us! Our wonderful aircraft will be returning in the original NAC (National Airways Corporation) livery having just undergone a repaint in recognition of its long and extensive New Zealand history. It would be an awesome Christmas present.
