Air Chathams employs local Chatham Islands residents that provide friendly and helpful service to Air Chathams customers.

The main office located in Te One provides:

• booking and reservation services
• freight consigning and collection
• sales information and quotes for group bookings and charter services

These staff provide the following services:

• aircraft ground handling
• freight consigning (including dangerous goods consigning)
• facilitation for passenger baggage and freight both airside and landside
• a point of contact for those passengers visiting the Chathams

Air Chathams also have a number of aircrew based in NZ to facilitate our charter operations around NZ and the South Pacific.
